And dating? Dating was the worst.
I would go on a date with a woman, and everything would go well… Until they saw the shiny part of my skull, and they suddenly started having doubts about being with me.
“Are you sure you’re just 29 and not 50?”
This spot in my head left a hole in my self-esteem… And if I’m being totally honest, this sadly stuck with me well into my actual 50s!
Dating is a living nightmare when you’re losing hair, to say the least.
And you see, even after more than a decade of experience in my profession… I still couldn’t solve my own hair loss dilemma.
I tried everything I learned as a doctor… Including popular prescription drugs, infrared hats, laser treatments, and other costly remedies.
And nothing worked… or it only slowed down the hair loss, but it still continued slowly but surely… along with nasty side effects.

“You think I’m joking?”
He said with a straight face.
My eyes peeled.
For whatever reason, he really liked me and wanted to help me.
I guess you can say he saw something in me… Perhaps it was my passion and desire to really help others suffering from hair loss… more than he was used to seeing in others (those just looking to fatten their pockets!)
He grabbed a napkin, wrote down his address, and handed it over to me.
“Meet me at my house tomorrow morning if you want to know the truth about why you’re bald.”
I was nervous yet excited as hell.

I went to bed that night tossing and turning, anxiously waiting to finally get (what I hoped to be) the answer.
The sun came, and it was time for me to meet Dr. Moss.
I drove to his address, and I saw him watering his garden.
His garden was lush and full of life…
